
Accounting Assistant

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock maintenance and ordering supplies as needed.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, analyzing data to support decision-making.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and clients in a professional manner.
- Call clients from time to time for pending payments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Vyapar App., Tally) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of office management procedures and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
