- Design, implement, and monitor ad campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop A/B testing protocols to optimize ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Manage ad budgets and track spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest changes and best practices in digital advertising.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing successful Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ad performance tools.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
