**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand Product Yield and should be able to devise a system to maintain the same.
- Ensure team member compliance and SOPs
- Enable teams to complete all required meetings on time; facilitate regular team meetings
- Collect, monitor, and report to management
- Lead Shift production teams to meet short
- and long-term goals.
- Good Understanding of RM - Popcorns, snacks, Nankeens,
- Should be able to handle Shop floor and manpower management.
- Identify maintenance challenges and able to get preventive maintenance done on time.
- Comprehend Customer feedback/complaints and should be able to resolve the same through properchannels and systems.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, their root causes, and solutions to correct them within a team-based work environment.
- Assist with plant process improvement projects
- Knowledge of and ability to work with computer programs SAP, and Excel.
- Knowledge of KAIZEN, 5S, Shop floor management, stock management, anddocumentation.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or Food Technologist with an Experience of at least 5 years.
- Supervisory experience in a team-based environment.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiar with HACCP, SSOP, and GMPs. Must have the ability to write reports & business correspondence.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
- Should be a positive attitude and understand the business requirements.

**Criticalrequirements**
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in food technology, mechanical, or any other relevant degree.
- Minimum5yearsofexperiencein maintaining shifts and shop floorsin the FMCG/Food and Beverages Industry.
- Worked in the Snacks, Namkeen, and Popcorn industries.
- Problemsolver-anyandall problems that may arise with Manpower and colleague.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Efficiencyinthe Production planning module, including SAP.
- Proficientin MicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,Outlook,andAccess).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintaning shop floor: 1 year (preferred)
- FMCG: 1 year (preferred)
- HACCP, SSOP, GMP: 1 year (preferred)
- Kaizen: 1 year (preferred)
