Work Dynamics

**What this job involves**:
Manage Soft Services Function

Management services to Client in support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels, and Key Performance Indicator requirements
To assist in the maintenance of the premises including any designated financial, maintenance, procurement, and asset & vendor management.
Develop an understanding of and sound working relationships with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers with whom you operate in support of the site.
Ensure detailed floor inspections and take immediate action if required.
Ensure your aspects of the working environment meet all requisite Standards.
Review and spot-check of areas of responsibility to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
Assist Facility Manager to ensure the smooth running of meetings &/or events
Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in response to emergency situations
Provide backup support for the workplace lead in times of absence.
Coordinate closely with the site leaders to address problems and/or enhance working environment performance
Maintain all checklists, reports and data as per site requirement.
Work collaboratively with colleagues both within the client account & in the wider Jones Lang LaSalle network
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager or Senior Account Management on a “need be” basis.
Oversee pantry services, catering services and events.
Reporting of any incident/accidents as per incident protocol.
Ensure inventory of snacks, cutlery, crockeries, stationer, tea,
coffee, gaming staff etc is maintained.
Par stock is maintained for all items and order needs to be placed on time
LIFO & FIFO is implemented
Store cleaning and hygiene is properly maintained
Ensure to provide all necessary support to the ground control team/host to make the event successful.
Evaluate service partner performance and share continuous feedback.
Ensure all site required compliances are maintained

Performing other ad hoc tasks
As an expert in the field, you must be flexible in taking other responsibilities aside from your core tasks.

Likewise, you’ll be working side-by-side with both engineering and facilities departments in handling our contractors and developing operational procedures. Ensuring workplace safety is also within your scope. To do this, you’ll actively participate in health and safety reviews and identify potential risks. You’ll also participate in emergency evacuation procedures as needed.

Proven industry experience
Are you a degree holder with three to five years’ experience in facilities management? Do you have a solid background in helpdesk operations and strong working knowledge of occupational safety? Do you have a proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives? If you said yes to all these, then we encourage you to apply.
