**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance assessment.
- **Maintenance Strategy**:Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and preventive maintenance programs.
- **Inspections and Repairs**:Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs, coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs.
- **Budget Management**:Manage maintenance budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including those related to health, environment, and security.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, completed work, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
- **Emergency Response**:Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Vendor Management**:Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
- **Technical Support**:Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
