**Job Title**: STEM Lab Incharge

**Location**: KMMS, Omaxe Vrindavan

**Salary: 12k to 15K**

**Job Summary**: The STEM Lab Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the STEM laboratory, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging environment for students and staff. This role involves managing lab resources, coordinating with educators, maintaining equipment, and facilitating hands-on learning experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lab Management**:

- Supervise and maintain the STEM lab, ensuring it is well-organized, clean, and safe.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures for all lab users.
- Manage inventory of lab supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.

**2. Technical Support**:

- Provide technical assistance and support to students and educators using the lab.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, coordinating with external vendors for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.

**3. Educational Support**:

- Collaborate with teachers and faculty to design and implement STEM-related projects and experiments.
- Assist in the development and execution of lab activities, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Provide training and guidance to students on proper lab techniques and equipment usage.

**4. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of lab usage, incidents, and inventory.
- Prepare reports on lab activities and resource utilization.
- Coordinate scheduling of lab time to ensure equitable access for all students and classes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Technology Education) or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in an educational environment.
- Strong understanding of lab safety protocols and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in the use of lab equipment and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, and administrative staff.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
