**Job Description: STEM Lab Incharge**

**Position**: STEM Lab Incharge
**Reports to**: Principal / Head of Department

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations and management of the STEM lab, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Maintain lab equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date.
- Assist teachers and students in using lab resources for STEM projects, experiments, and activities.
- Develop and implement STEM-related programs, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times in the lab.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEM learning into the curriculum and support classroom activities.
- Keep inventory of lab supplies, place orders for new materials, and manage the lab’s budget.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech degree in a STEM-related field or education.
- Strong understanding of STEM concepts and practical lab skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage resources and ensure lab safety.
