**AVP Payroll**
- **Should have managed payroll for an IT / ITES organization**
- **responsibility would include for Standalone entity plus subsidiaries (excluding US)**
- **Handing purchase, Buying IT assets & services, Negotiator**

- MCom / MBA Finance**

- 10-15 years of relevant experience.**

- **Reporting to in 3I Infotech : VP finance**
- **Responsible for Managing a team in 3I Infotech
- 2-3**

**Basic role-**
- **Effectively manage a team, including managers within assigned departments and/or locations.**
- **Ensure that department and/or operational goals are achieved, and processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently.**
- **Ensure that all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.**
- **Responsibilities may be within country or across numerous countries.**
- **Should have experience in handling large teams spread across multi country.**
- **Exposure in handling multi country payroll.**
- **Experience in managing Payroll outsourcing agents and Payroll consultants.**

**Key responsibilities**

**1. Assist development of strategy and processes for executing compensation framework with reference job grading / job evaluation, external market benchmarking.**

**2. Guide and supervise the team members for payroll and benefit preparation and execution accurately and timely; oversees and controls taxes / other deductions**

**3. Ensure storage, maintenance and retrieval of employee records, both physical and in payroll system.**

**4. Ensure that bank payment entries and other accounting and financial reporting activities for payroll are accurate, timely and meet the regulatory requirements.**

**5. Oversee and execute all compliances under various labour laws, quarterly / bi annual / annual returns and miscellaneous need base report generation and MIS
