We are certified as a "Great Place to Work". **Shift - Night Shift Only** Location - Jaipur Relevant experience required - 1yr to 3yr Reporting Manager - Assistant Manager Operations Job Overview What you will do - Plan and supervise the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery from shippers to consignees. - Coordinate daily shipment status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. - Track and monitor orders using a functional ERP system to ensure proper movement and storage of shipments. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including shipping companies, warehouse teams, and customs brokers, to ensure smooth transit and clearance of goods. - Monitor and report on clearance status, transportation costs, and overall transit status of shipments. - Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and made available for customs clearance and other regulatory requirements. - Identify and report any exceptions or issues in the shipment process, ensuring they are resolved promptly. - Maintain and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. - Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay updated with the latest export and import regulations and procedures. - Office-based with occasional visits to warehouses, ports, or other shipping locations as required. What you will need - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in logistics, shipment coordination, or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of export and import procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements. - Proficiency in using ERP systems for tracking and managing shipments. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with various stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem solving. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting and documentation.
