Job Description-Roles/Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing the entire operations and service delivery of the concerned office - Responsible for customer service and administration. Liaises and coordinates with insurance companies for servicing related activities. - Branch Coordination, diagnostic centres, insurance coordination activities of the operations staff at all the branch offices.
- Well verse in Vlook up, HLook up,Pivot Table. Preparing Reports.
Required Skillset: - Good Communication Skills to handle Customers
- Good in taking follow ups
- Focused over TAT & transactional level activities
- Proactive Approach with positive thinking
- Good in Advance excel.
