**Job Title: Sales Executive - Insurance**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our insurance team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and selling insurance products that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Generate New Business Leads**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, such as referrals, networking events, and online marketing.
2. **Build Relationships with Clients**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. **Sell Insurance Products**: Sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance, to individuals and businesses.
4. Conduct Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
5. **Meet Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. C**ollaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office / Excel
1. Other Requirements:

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required).

Salary : 15K- 25K

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
