**About Lighthouse Communities Foundation**

Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) is a non-profit working to transform the lives of underserved youth through skilling and livelihood programs. We operate on a Public-Private Partnership model, working closely with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and local communities across multiple cities in India.

**Role: Skilling Program Coordinator**

As a Skilling Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring youth successfully enrol in and complete their skilling courses. You will act as the link between Lighthouse students and external skilling partners, track progress, and provide support wherever needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate **attendance and enrolment records** for all students pursuing skilling courses
- Ensure students **attend and complete** their assigned courses
- Conduct regular visits to **Skilling Partner Centres** and collect student feedback
- Update and manage student data on the **WeConnect** platform
- Build strong relationships with youth to understand their challenges and support them through course completion
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with skilling partners
- Conduct regular **quality checks and audits** of skilling activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist in program coordination when needed

**Who We're Looking For**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in education, youth development, or operations (preferred)

**Skills & Attributes**
- Strong interpersonal skills and **deep empathy** for youth from underserved backgrounds
- Good command of **MS Office tools** and data management platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication in **English, Hindi, and Marathi/local language**:

- Confident in handling field responsibilities and building partnerships
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams
- Organized, reliable, and driven to make a difference
