As an AI Adoption Expert, you will be a key enabler of Linde’s global AI product rollouts. Making an impact. What will you do?
You will drive adoption of AI tools across Linde’s global footprint by implementing adoption blueprints, training strategies, and success frameworks in collaboration with business and technical teams
Identify and translate user needs into action, collaborating closely with product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions
Measure and track adoption success, building dashboards and using analytics to track KPIs, user engagement, and business impact
You will coordinate with internal teams, including the Global AI team, segment and regional digital functions, IT, and external vendors, to align delivery and support
Also, to continuously improve adoption strategies through feedback loops, experimentation, and scaling best practices across countries and business lines
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Digitalization, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
3+ years of relevant experience in change management, digital adoption, customer success, or transformation projects
Familiarity with AI and data tools, and the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
You have strong project and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience working in agile environments and hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools, ideally including the Power Platform
Also, you have strong written and verbal English communication skills
Knowledge of design thinking, agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum certification), and structured change methodologies is required for this role
Experience in working with global teams across time zones and cultures
