The F&B Service Executive is responsible for supervising and managing all Food & Beverage service operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves leading the service team, maintaining high standards of quality, and handling guest relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily F&B service operations and ensure all standards are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B service team.
- Manage guest interactions and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow.
- Monitor and control F&B costs and ensure proper inventory management.
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
