Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using a tandoor oven, including naan, kebabs, and other traditional Indian cuisine.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and tandoor area.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets restaurant standards.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,156.33 - ₹22,790.01 per month
