- Having a thorough knowledge of the menu and being able to explain dishes.
- Upselling and promoting menu items to increase revenue.
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Establishing rapport with guests to build loyalty and gather feedback.
- May be involved in opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring all service standards are met and that guests have a positive dining experience.
- Supervising and guiding F&B service staff (servers, hosts, bartenders, etc.).
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements.
- Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Controlling costs, minimizing wastage, and optimizing profitability.
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
