We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our dynamic team and drive our business development efforts by acquiring new projects and clients through online bidding platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Bidding**: Actively participate in bidding on various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others to acquire new projects.
- **Proposal Writing**: Write compelling and customized proposals for projects to win bids.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing space.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads and identify potential clients for business growth.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into successful projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications. Provide regular reports on bidding activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role in the digital marketing or IT industry.
- **Platforms Knowledge**: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.) to effectively communicate with clients.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze client requirements and provide suitable solutions

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
