We’re looking for a **Video Editor** who can bring ideas to life through engaging, impactful videos that drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ad campaigns, and brand content.
- Work closely with the creative, design, and content teams to turn raw footage into compelling stories.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
- Create brand-aligned video templates and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Repurpose content for multiple formats — vertical, horizontal, and square.
- Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and audio-visual storytelling techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ensure all final videos adhere to platform specifications and brand tone.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an agency or production environment.
- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic Photoshop.
- Understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in short-form and long-form content.
- Familiarity with colour correction, audio balancing, and text animations.
- Ability to take creative direction and translate it into polished final output.
- Strong sense of timing, composition, and music synchronisation.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, or cinematic editing.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and performance-optimised video strategies.
- Ability to shoot or assist in on-site video production (camera handling, lighting, etc.).
