**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Work Management solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of SAP Waste Management modules to ensure seamless operations and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Provide expertise in SAP Energy Data Management to support accurate data collection analysis and reporting.
- Manage SAP Customer Care Services to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery.
- Implement SAP Device Management solutions to ensure effective tracking and maintenance of company assets.
- Develop and maintain SAP Billing systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Oversee SAP Service Contracts to manage agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all solutions align with company goals and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in SAP Work Management SAP Waste Management SAP Energy Data Management SAP Customer Care Services SAP Device Management SAP Billing and SAP Service Contracts.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Have a good understanding of service desk eCommerce mComm and website management.
- Show a proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Hold relevant certifications in SAP modules and technologies.
