Location of Requirement - Chennai/Pan India

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Siebel Configuration, Siebel eScripting, Siebel Workflow & Siebel EAI using Siebel Tools
Good-to-Have Telecom experience, Order Management, Product Configuration, Open UI, Siebel EIM.
A sound understanding of customer management, Siebel order management, pricing, and product modeling in the Telco industry
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
Leading the development of Siebel architectures, designs, and prototypes
Not Required Siebel Testing

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Architecture specialist in Siebel for overall CRM solution design including integration with other CRM surround systems viz., Billing, Online, Prepaid & Postpaid systems, PoS, DWH/ BI etc.
2 Manage & review the consistency & completeness of the Siebel solution architecture & engage with business & technical project managers to review & sign-off CRM/ Siebel solution architecture, HLD and LLD documents defined by SI partner & ensure compliance to RFP & business needs
3 Create and keep updating blueprint for Siebel CRM and strategy aligning to business roadmap, product & service rollout plans, regulatory and external environments during the transformation
4 Lead on Technical direction and balancing of workarounds to ensure best fitment to package, particularly on the basis of universally accepted framework (e.g. eTOM, best practices for Siebel implementation)
5 Manage Service Partners/Contract resources to oversee the development / scoping of relevant technical documentation, e.g. solution descriptions, technical descriptions etc. for quality

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
