**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Supervision**:

- Oversee and participate in solar panel installations.
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan, organize, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor resource allocation and usage at the site.
- Control site expectations and handle any unforeseen issues promptly.
- **Site Surveys & Technical Feasibility**:

- Conduct site surveys and assess technical feasibility for solar installations.
- Prepare detailed site reports and recommendations.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address project needs.
- Report project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- **Travel Readiness**:

- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in solar installation and Solar project supervision.
- Strong understanding of **technical feasibility and site analysis** for solar systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
