**Job Description: -**
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities during downtime to minimize impact on production.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the maintenance team.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working order through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production delays.
- Maintain the facility's infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability when needed.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality parts at competitive prices.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs within the allocated budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, including EHS and EMS and other relevant guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team and across the facility.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, including key metrics such as downtime, repair costs, and maintenance backlog.

- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering,
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in Mechanical manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
