Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance:
Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all properties, including common areas, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.

Team Supervision:
Manage and supervise the on-site maintenance team and external contractors.

Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities.

Repairs and Troubleshooting:
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

Oversee repairs, replacements, and servicing of equipment and infrastructure.

Vendor and Inventory Management:
Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of materials and services.

Maintain inventory records of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.

Budget Management:
Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma/Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:
3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance roles, preferably in real estate or facilities management.

**Skills**:Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
