We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA (Manual & Automation) professional with **3-5 years **of industry experience to join our quality assurance team. As a QA (Manual & Automation), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing and the development and execution of automated test scripts.

**Experience: 3 - 5 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand the functionality of software products.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Document and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting of fixed issues.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results, reporting and documenting any failures or anomalies.
- Participate in test environment setup and configuration.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand and reproduce reported issues.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure thorough test coverage and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Continuously enhance and refine the test automation framework and test processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Collaborate with other QA team members to share knowledge and provide support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QA professional, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases and test scenarios.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) concepts and tools.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. -Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
