**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute **manual and automated test cases** based on requirements and specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Develop and maintain **automation test scripts** using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Ensure testing is performed in accordance with QA standards and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and suggest process improvements.
- Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and ensure delivery of high-quality software.
- Prepare test reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**.
- 1-3 years of experience in **software testing (manual + automation)**.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with **automation frameworks** (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
- Basic understanding of SQL for database validation.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Experience in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
