Description :About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Senior Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, reporting defects, and working closely with developers and product teams to deliver flawless applications.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, document, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.- Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.- Mentor junior testers and guide best practices for testing.- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.Required Skills & Experience :- 8+ years of experience in manual software testing.- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.- Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Quality Center, etc.).- Experience testing web and mobile applications.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred :- Exposure to basic automation testing is a plus.- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
