**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Target Opportunities**:

- Research and identify potential bidding opportunities on various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Monitor and evaluate bidding platforms for new projects relevant to our services.
- **Prepare and Submit Bids**:

- Draft compelling proposals that effectively communicate our services, expertise, and value proposition.
- Customize bids to align with the specific requirements and objectives of each project.
- **Client Communication**:

- Engage with potential clients through bidding platforms to understand their needs and project scope.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to establish trust and credibility.
- **Negotiate Terms and Close Deals**:

- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Ensure clear and detailed communication of project deliverables and expectations.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and other team members to gather relevant information for bids.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- **Track and Report Performance**:

- Maintain detailed records of all bids submitted and track the status of each.
- Analyze bid performance and win rates to identify areas for improvement.
- **Stay Updated with Market Trends**:

- Keep up to date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Share insights and recommendations to enhance bidding strategies and increase success rates.

**Your Profile**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role in the IT or digital services industry.
- Demonstrated success in securing projects through online bidding platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and proposal tools.
- **Knowledge**:

- Understanding of IT services, web development, software development, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Availability**:

- Flexibility to work across different time zones if required.
