**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing a personalised shopping experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our watch collections and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing retail space.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive team atmosphere.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and luxury retail innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, jewellery or watches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for watches or jewellery and luxury retail with a keen eye for detail.
