**Responsibilities**
- Engaging with delivery partners of Dunzo, **End to End partner On-boarding.**:

- Understand the partner requirement and help the partner through the support processes and take feedback.
- Explaining eligibility criteria of various incentive schemes designed for partners and helping partners understand new products and services.
- Strong verbal communication with proficiency in both **Hindi and English** language.
- At least 1 Year of experience with **Vendor Management** and **Partner Onboarding** is Mandatory.
- Handling day-to-day operations
- Should know basic excel.
- Implementing new channels to acquire new supply.
- Solve partner-related issues, supply team queries of new processes, and changes.
- Should manage blue-collar workers at partner offices to resolve the issues on right time.
- Managing communication between the company and its partner community via comms.
- Building efficiency in support processes by improving partner experience
