We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in the fenestration and facade industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn about our product offerings, industry standards, and sales techniques through comprehensive training programs.
- Assist senior sales executives in identifying and contacting potential clients, including architects, builders, and contractors.
- Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to target key market segments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the fenestration and facade industry.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and sales collaterals to support sales efforts.
- Shadow senior sales executives during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain hands-on experience.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining sales databases, preparing sales reports, and managing communication with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong passion for sales and willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
