Otrix Life Science LLP is a leading D2C brand in the Beauty & Personal Care industry. With a growing presence in both online and offline markets, we are expanding our sales team to drive growth and penetrate new markets with innovative, high-quality cosmetic and personal care products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Manage and grow the distributor and retail network in the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Visit markets regularly to understand customer needs and monitor competitors.
- Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and availability at all outlets.
- Conduct product training for retailers and distributors.
- Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and sales team members.
- Track daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Work with the marketing team for local promotional activities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in **FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic / Personal Care** field sales.
- Strong understanding of **retail distribution and dealer management.**
- **Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.**
- **Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.**
- **Self-motivated and ready to travel extensively within the assigned area.**
- **Comfortable working in a target-driven** and **field-based** role.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Experience in launching new products will be an added advantage.
