Job Description - Sales Executive (Kotak)

Position: Sales Executive

**Salary**: ₹14,500/- per month (Incentives on Sales)

Shift: General Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Kotak banking products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and generate revenue through effective selling strategies.
- Maintain good customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Skills:

- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach.
