**Qualification**:

- Any Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, Biomedical/Pharma background preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, or a similar role.

**Location: Thane**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patient Interaction:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients to understand their healthcare needs.
- Provide detailed information about our services, doctors, and treatment processes.
- Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Query Transfer:

- Communicate the patient query details to the assigned Care partner.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and treatment details.
- Generate reports on patient feedback, treatment outcomes, and process improvements.
- Follow-Up and Support:

- Support the Care Partners in follow up with patients, doctors, and hospitals if required.
- Support in other admin tasks.
- Field Work:

- Assist in on-ground execution of tasks, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Good in communication, can maintain good interpersonal relations, ability to work well under pressure, efficiency, ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with people of all backgrounds.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital industry or any customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and terminology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for field work as required.

**Compensation**: As per industry standards

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
