Job Title: Customer Care Executive
**Salary**: 13,000 per month
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Manage a team of customer service representatives when necessary.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to understand areas needing improvement.
Inform customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
Establish a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
Form reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and help the team develop new skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills to relate cordially with different classes of people.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without errors.
Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma (HSC Pass).
**Experience**:
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
