**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Overview**:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to the revenue growth of the company through targeted marketing activities in designated geographic areas. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, execution, and analysis to ensure the success of sales campaigns and initiatives at the local level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research to understand local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with overall company objectives and target audience preferences.
- Define clear objectives, strategies, and tactics for each marketing campaign or initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned territories, including events, trade shows, sponsorships, and local advertising.
- Coordinate logistics and resources to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and community leaders.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide marketing support to drive lead generation and conversion.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Serve as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the company's value proposition and messaging to target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines in all marketing materials and communications.
- **Measurement and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of field sales activities using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights, performance trends, and recommendations to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Flexibility to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the technology, consumer goods, or retail industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and online advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Certification in field marketing or related areas is a plus.
