**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Development**: Design and develop structured training materials, including presentations, exercises, and coding examples, to teach Python programming effectively.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging, interactive training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for students or employees, covering key Python topics such as variables, data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), libraries, and frameworks.
- **Practical Application**: Provide real-life coding exercises, challenges, and projects for students to practice and develop their skills.
- **Assessments & Evaluation**: Design and administer quizzes, coding tests, and assignments to assess learners' understanding and offer feedback for improvement.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide ongoing support to learners, helping them with coding challenges, debugging issues, and offering guidance to improve their programming abilities.
- **Adaptation**: Tailor the training material to different skill levels and learning styles, from beginners to advanced learners.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track student progress and performance, and provide feedback or additional resources to help them succeed.
- **Continuous Learning**: Keep up-to-date with Python programming trends, libraries, frameworks, and best practices, integrating new information into training programs as needed.
- **Collaborative Development**: Work with other trainers or instructional designers to continuously improve the curriculum and ensure that training content is up-to-date and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ year) in Python programming and hands-on development.
- Strong understanding of core Python concepts, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Django, Flask).
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions on Python programming.
- Familiarity with Python development tools, including IDEs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and debugging tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to engage students through interactive learning and problem-solving exercises.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track learner progress effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data science or machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) is a plus.
- Experience with web development frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Experience with developing e-learning modules or online training programs.
- Certification in Python programming or other relevant training certifications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
