Java Trainer

**Job Title**: Java Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Java programming courses to students, professionals, or internal teams.
- Create, update, and maintain course content and training materials (e.g., presentations, handouts, code examples).
- Conduct hands-on labs and coding exercises to enhance learning.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges.
- Evaluate students' progress through assessments, assignments, and exams.
- Customize training programs based on participant skill levels and learning needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Java development.
- Assist in the development of new training modules or materials as required.
- Provide post-training support to address questions and concerns.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong expertise in Java programming (core Java, J2EE, Java frameworks, etc.).
- Experience with Java technologies like Spring, Hibernate, and Maven is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as IDEs, version control (Git), and build tools.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering training programs is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage with diverse audiences.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot coding issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks (e.g., Python, Angular, React) is a plus.
- Certifications in Java (Oracle Certified Java Programmer) or teaching/training credentials are beneficial.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is advantageous.
