**Job Title: C Language Trainer**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials for C programming that cater to learners with various levels of experience.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions (both in-person and online) on C programming language, including fundamental concepts, data structures, algorithms, and advanced topics.
- **Assessments & Evaluations**: Create and administer assessments (quizzes, coding tests, assignments) to evaluate students' understanding of the material, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**: Assist students in overcoming coding challenges, debugging errors, and providing additional support where needed.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in C programming and related technologies, and integrate these into the training curriculum.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track and report the progress of individual students, providing guidance on areas that require improvement and helping them reach their full potential.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other trainers, curriculum developers, and team members to improve training methods and materials.
- **Maintain a Positive Learning Environment**: Create an interactive and engaging environment to foster learning, collaboration, and skill development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ year) in programming with C and teaching/training experience.
- Strong command of C programming concepts such as syntax, data types, loops, functions, pointers, memory management, and more.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Prior experience with teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions for individuals or groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to guide students through challenging coding problems.
- Familiarity with tools such as compilers, debuggers, and integrated development environments (IDEs).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other programming languages (C++, Java, Python, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data structures (linked lists, trees, graphs) and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to develop or use learning management systems (LMS) for e-learning.
- Certification in C programming or related training tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
