Job description
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GFC drawings after scrutinization and evaluation
- End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF,CFO etc)
- Support Liaison team for their minor drawing requirements.
- All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data.
- Prepare dockets of company design standards and data sheets of building specifications for each project to conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedule reviews.
- To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings.
- Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same
- To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion
- Superimpose drawings, identify errors and resolve them
- Optimize the design and do value engineering at the planning stage itself.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
