Job Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai

**English & Marathi typing is mandatory**

Assisting the Senior Engineers & Architects on day to day basis in implementation of S.R.A. Schemes & other redevelopment schemes for obtaining various approval’s like LOI, IOD, CC, further CC, OC & TDR etc.

Coordinating with internal staff to obtain NOC from SRA, Tree Authority, BMC Ward, D.P. Department, B. P. Department, PCO Department & other Government Department for development projects.

Back office work & feedback for development of various projects including filing, documentation & other matters.

Coordinating with the legal department in case of any disputes.Maintaining daily report of liaison work

Liaisoning with Accounts, Sales & Others Departments regarding various issues.

Maintaining files records, Original Documents & approvals records,

Preparing letters as per required of Architects & Officers.Maintaining day to day operations of Liaison Department.

Maintaining diary & registers. for various details on regular basis

Inter-department co-ordinations and any other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Interacting with tenants for rent related issues.

Arranging a survey for Annexure II and Scrutinized document to finalized Annexure II with respective competent authority

Collecting proof & document from slum dwellers as per SRA guidelines for eligibilityCo-coordinating and comply the necessary conditions of LOI & IOA

Co-coordinating and comply the necessary conditions of LOI, to forward the draft Annexure-II to Dy. Collector(SRA) and get the approval of Annexure-III from F.C(SRA)

Preparing Slum Dwellers Individual Agreement, Consent Agreement, Possession letter, Development Agreement, etc.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
