**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Assistance**: Support senior architects in producing conceptual plans, renderings, and detailed construction documents.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on design precedents, materials, and building codes to inform project development.
- **Technical Drafting**: Utilize computer-aided design software to prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Utilize AutoCAD, BIM software, 3D modelling and rendering and similar tools for precise design execution; proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data management.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the layout planning of projects, coordinating and integrating engineering elements into unified designs for client review and approval.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and assist in translating them into design solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the architectural team to ensure design integrity and project timelines are maintained.

**Experience**:

- **Years of Experience**: 5 + years in architecture, with exposure to residential and commercial projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

**Location**- Khar West

**Salary Range**

(As per market price)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
