**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Designation**: MIS Executive

**Experience**: 4 - 8 years

**Qualification**:Graduate or equivalent**

**Preference**: Real Estate industry only and locally from Lucknow.

**Salary**: CTC 30K to 40K pm ON MERITS.

**Location**: Sushant Golf City, Lucknow

**Duties and key responsibilities**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to prepare accurate and timely MIS reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present key performance indicators.
- Identify trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist the Managing Director in project management, including tracking deadlines, coordinating tasks, and following up with team members.
- Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.(Fresher’s can also apply)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Strong proficiency in Excel Advanced Skills**:

- **Expertise in Basic Formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP**:

- **Proficiency in Advanced Formulas such as INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, PivotTables, Data Validation**:

- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of property management software.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Complete knowledge of MS Office.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Real Estate experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills
- Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work on deadline driven work environment
