Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating new management systems to develop organized management in terms of system oriented business growth

Maintain and update daily sales, stock, and inventory data in the MIS system.

Generate accurate and timely reports for sales, stock movement, billing, and customer data.

Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure data consistency across departments.

Track and analyze item-wise and category-wise performance metrics.

Support management in forecasting inventory and procurement planning.

Handle barcode and pricing data updates in the system.

Reconcile physical stock with system stock during audits.

Ensure regular backups of MIS data and maintain data confidentiality.

Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros (if needed).

Liaise with software vendors for issue resolution or feature enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, or related field.

Male / Female age 25 to 35

Good In Basic Calculations

Good hands in Google Tools like Google sheets, Forms, Drives etc.

2+ years of experience in MIS or back-office roles, preferably in retail or jewellery sector.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and strong

data management ethics
