**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection & Management**:

- Gather, validate, and manage data from various departments (sales, production etc)
- Ensure data is accurate, timely, and relevant for reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update data systems (MIS databases, ERP systems).
- **Report Generation & Analysis**:

- Create and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management review.
- Analyse data to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas of improvement.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards to assist in strategic decision-making.
- **Data Interpretation & Insights**:

- Interpret data to provide actionable insights, highlighting key business metrics.
- Assist in decision-making by providing analytical support and presenting data in an understandable format.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis.
- **System Management & Optimization**:

- Ensure that the MIS systems are operating effectively and are updated with accurate data.
- Identify issues or inefficiencies within the data management systems and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with various departments (sales, marketing, production, finance) to collect data and provide reports.
- Support teams by helping them understand and use data effectively.
- Participate in meetings to share data-driven insights and support business goals.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously look for opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance the overall MIS system.
- Suggest and implement best practices to improve data accuracy and timeliness.
- **Data Security & Confidentiality**:

- Ensure that all company data is kept secure and confidential.
- Comply with company policies related to data handling and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **2-5 years** of relevant experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation).
- Knowledge of **MIS software**, **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and **Business Intelligence tools** (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to management.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Key Personal Attributes**:

- Proactive with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
