Assist In Preparing And Processing Purchase Orders.

Track And Follow Up On Pending Orders With Vendors And Suppliers.

Vehicle Arrangement For Ordered Material.

Coordinate With Suppliers For Quatations, Samples And Order Confirmations.

Maintain Updated Records Of Supplier Contacts And Product Details.

Update Purchase Records And Inventory Reports.

Maintain Purchase Records And Invoices.

Ensure Proper Filing Of Purchase Document(Physical And Digital) Coordinate With Accounts And Stores For Invoice Verification And Stock Entries.

Support Senior Purchase Staff In Audits And Internal Reporting.

Prepare Payment Reports Of Suppliers.

Sales Responsibilities:

- Coordinate With The Plant For Making Proforma Invoices.

Follow Up With The Plant For Material Availability And Transporter For

Dispatch Schedule.

Communicate With Customers For Order Status And Delivery Updates.

Assist In Documentation Releted To Dispatch And Billing.

Follow Up With Buyers For Payment Collection And Dues.

Graduate In Commerce, Business Administration Or Releted Field.

Experience In Purchase Sales Support, Or Back-Office

Software Good Comunication Skills (Written And Verbal) In English And Local Language

Strong Follow Up And Coodination Skills Well-Organized, Detail-Oriented And Able To Multitask Positive Attitude And Willingnesss To Learn
