- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- **Cost Analysis**:Analyzing purchase costs, identifying potential cost-saving measures, and comparing prices from different vendors.
- **Data Management**:Updating inventory management systems and databases with order details and inventory levels.
- **Administrative Support**:Providing administrative support to the purchasing team, such as handling correspondence and preparing reports.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborating with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
