**Job Title

**Location
- Noida/Remote**

**Need strong AWS Connect & AWS LEX minimum 3+ years experience.**

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Chatbot Design and Development:

- Develop natural language understanding (NLU) intents, slots, and conversational flows.
- AWS Connect and Lex developers.
- Integration and Deployment:

- Integrate chatbots with other AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
- Ensure smooth integration with existing systems like CRM, ERP, and third-party APIs.
- Testing and Optimization:

- Perform unit and end-to-end testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Optimize chatbots for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaboration:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for AWS Lex implementation.
- Monitoring and Maintenance:

- Monitor chatbot performance using AWS CloudWatch and other analytics tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement feedback to improve chatbot functionality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing chatbots using AWS Lex.
- Proficiency with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and NLU concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
