**Architect**

1.Experience of 3-7 yrs Commercial and Industrial Architecture.

2 Meeting & Co-ordinating with client’s /vendor/ contractor & consultants and determining their needs and requirements.
3. Developing and presenting project proposals.
4. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
5. Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
6. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
7. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
8. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
9. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
10. Making physical models

Job Requirements

1. Degree in architecture
2. Excellent technical drawing skills.
3. Strong communication and project management skills.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Vray
5. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
6. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
7. Strong creative and visualization skills.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
