**Location - CBD Belapur**

**Qualifications and experience needed**:
**A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of Eight to Ten years of experience is a MUST.**

**Typical Work includes**:

- preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details.
- knowledge of planning regulations of NMMC/UDCPR.
- good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup.
- able to understand architectural, structural, MEP, landscape drawings, project specifications etc. to work with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time.
- liaison with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of the project essentials whenever necessary.
- develop designs, as per the relevant regulations.
- should be able to not only formulate the design but also present for discussion.
- dealing with staff and sub-contractors and ensuring quality is met.
- managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships.
- ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
