**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations**:_
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end international shipments (air/sea/land)
- Proper communication with export, import and operation team
- Ensure timely documentation, booking confirmations, and cargo movements
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documents
- **Pricing**:_
- Actively maximize overseas sales inquiries and respond promptly
- Convert inquiries into business
- Follow up the customers and collect the feedback
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and assist in client negotiations
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular communication
- Help identify new business opportunities in coordination with the overseas agents
- Prepare and share sales reports, pipeline updates
- Request and analyse rates from export and import team
- Prepare competitive quotations for customers
- Maintain an updated database of freight rates, surcharges, and transit times
- Evaluate pricing trends and recommend cost optimization opportunities
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients regarding shipment status
- Handle inquiries related to pricing, routing, and operations efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and partners
